Eternal Life WILL 
Eternal Life Funerals Will is a disruptive people centric will and estate planning service which is available 24/7/265 and provides each member with lifetime access and unlimited updates. The platform offers technical support, and every will is checked by the fiduciary legal team to ensure accuracy and provide advice. SmartWill intelligently assists members by suggesting gaps in their estate/portfolio and offers solutions.  
Who needs a Will? 
Every South African over the age of 18 but especially if you are: 
• Elderly or know that you are ill. • Married or divorced. • Have children. • Own property or significant assets. • Have a trust or offshore assets.
 Having a will is important to make your wishes known at death in order to take better care of the member’s family by removing delays in the winding up of your estate. It is also important to regularly update your will to document changes in your financial and personal circumstances. 
  Terms and Conditions 
·Members are required to accept the Eternal Life Funeral online Will Terms and Conditions upon initial registration to the site. 
·Although all reasonable efforts are taken to ensure the correctness of the Will, it will depend on the accuracy of the information captured by the customer. (If the customer does not insert the correct information, we cannot guarantee or warrant the content, correctness and legality of the Will). 
·Specific instructions are provided for to the member outlining the correct procedure to be following for signature and storage of the Will. We cannot be held liable if these instructions are not correctly followed. 
·Members receive an annual reminder to update their Will and are required to ensure that their contact details are regularly updated
MEDICAL ASSIST ACCESS 
The following benefits are on an access only basis. These services include:
 • Emergency telephonic advice and information – 24/7 
• Referrals to medical practitioners and facilities 
• Liaison with next of kin to keep them informed. 
In addition to the general medical advice service, medical operators will guide a person through a medical crisisinvolving the member. The member will receive emergency advice or have the necessary support organised, by utilising the 24-hour Call Centre. 
This service includes referrals to Crisis lines in case of 
• Poison Hotline – In House • Suicide Hotline – Lifeline • Rape and HIV Counselling • Family and Domestic Abuse • Child Abuse • Bereavement Counselling  
For the member's medical aid or own account 
• Emergency medical response to the scene of an incident • Emergency medical transportation to the nearest appropriate medical facility 
Please note: Medical Assistance is only valid for emergencies within the borders of South Africa.
Livestream of Burial Service 
At Eternal Life Funerals we aim to honor the lives of our members by saving the memories of their life and burial forever on our Website, Youtube and facebook pages. Families of our deceased members can revisit their memories of their loved one online by reviewing both the digital photo album of the deceased life and the video of the burial at anytime.
Recurring Billing Payments
Members can now have their payments deducted from their banking accounts automatically every month.
